San Miguel School of Tulsa

About This Project

The scope of this project included demolition of two buildings, connecting and remodeling of two remaining buildings and bringing the school up to current building code standards.

All construction was conducted during summer break, including installation of the landscaping. The property features decorative fencing, a welcome and inviting front entry, modernized restrooms, lounge, lab, storage plumbing and HVAC Systems. The most unique feature was the inclusion of a windowed Clerestory metal building element on the lower main metal building classroom facility, which allows ample natural lighting combined with the elevated classroom windows. This feature contributes to the security of the building and overall safety of the children.
